IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19, WE ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND OUR COLLEAGUES.
WE HAVE INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND COLLEAGUES:
As has always been the case, we continue to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional steps indicated by Public Health to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more stringent:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning of our public spaces (including the halls lobby, elevators, door handles, washrooms, etc.) and continued to use a hospital grade disinfectant.
We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
Our team is required to wash hands regularly, as well as practice social distancing by keeping a 2-meter distance. Masks are worn when distancing is not possible.
All members of our team wear masks when they are in contact with our guests if not behind protective panels.
We ask that you do not come to Hotel 71 if you have Covid symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, loss of sense of smell or taste), if you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or if you have been in contact with someone with symptoms or a Covid diagnosis).
Masks are required in all public areas (lobby, washrooms, restaurant, etc.), as well as social distancing (2 meters).
Check-in and check-out are done without contact.
Our valet parking service has been suspended until further notice.
Our guestrooms are quarantined for a minimum of 24 hours between each stay.
Decorative items such as throws, cushions, as well as paper items, magazines, etc. have been removed from guestrooms to avoid contamination.
No housekeeping service during your stay.
Fresh towels or additional amenities are available upon request. Delivery is contactless outside guestroom, or items available at the Front Desk.
We remain committed to providing you with flexible booking options as they allow to cancel a reservation until 4 pm on the day of arrival, if you book directly with us. Given these unique circumstances, we will make additional adjustments to our booking policies as the situation evolves and keep you informed.
We ask you to act responsibly. If you have any doubts about your health, we ask that you reconsider your travel plans to Auberge St-Pierre.
We thank you very much for your loyalty and your cooperation.
